We know how critical internet service is to you and your family and we want you to know that we are taking all necessary precautions recommended from local authorities in response to the COVID-19 situation.
As a small and local business, we have built wonderful relationships with our customers and community members within Santaquin and Payson. We are in a healthy place as a company, both financially and in the overall strength and reliability of our network. We are confident that your trust in us to keep you connected to the world will continue through this situation. We will continue to pay all our employees and our non-field staff will be working from home to continue providing support.
We are a small and dedicated crew of 6 people we consider family. I am sure you have met or talked with most of us at some point in time. We will be here in the foreseeable future and our primary focus will be preventing the spread of COVID-19 and keeping our network fully functional.
As many of you may know, the first known COVID-19 case was confirmed in Utah County yesterday. Because of the nature of this virus and to prevent community spread, we have made the very hard decision to halt all non-essential field work and we will no longer be going into your homes or businesses unless very strict procedures are followed.
We have had several new installation requests in the last week and we know how important internet service will be to you over the next few months, so we did not come to this decision easily. We will be attempting installations that do not require our field technicians to enter your house. Although this is not the ideal way for us to set up your internet, we should be able to get you installed to our professional installation standards. If you have a service call that is needed or currently scheduled, you may get a disclaimer that we cannot enter the home or we will attempt to resolve the issue from outside the home.
We put the health and safety of the community and our employees above all else and we do not want to put anyone at risk of contracting our spreading COVID-19. We are working with local officials to see how we can assist in any capacity.
We realize this situation may be affecting our customers’ economic situation and we are committed to keeping you and your family online. Please let us know if you are facing financial hardship and we will work with you to ensure you do not lose internet access and remove late fees from accounts.
