Getting up and running with Intellipop was super easy. The router they provide came on time, and fully preprogrammed. The moment it was connected to the fiber network our whole home was internet ready!

Even though we have to cancel service, they still get 5 stars from me. Our wireless internet has been lightning fast and intellipop has been great to work with. Unfortunately our connection gets interrupted occasionally with weather events. They're not set up for fiber in Santaquin yet, otherwise we'd love to stay with them. They work hard for you, always answer the phone (not a machine), have excellent customer service, and are really good at following up. We are sad to leave. Can only hope our next provider meets the bar set by intellipop.

Great experience! Not only was it awesome to have an actual human being answer their phone, but that same person was able to take care of everything I needed. Joseph was knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to ditching Xfinity for fiber and better customer service!

We just moved to the area a few months ago and set up service that ended up being terrible. Intellipop got us from 3mbps to over 100mbps for the same price. Our place was already set up to have their service so install was easy. It has been reliable ever since! Whenever a tech did have to come out, they have always been polite, easy to work with and great with follow ups to make sure everything is fine. Highly recommend them for internet service and customer service.
